how long does it take to create a photobook/magazine?

honestly? about 10 minutes. add your photos, make a few edits if you want, and you’re done – no design skills needed.

how long does shipping take?

our shipping times are as follows:
western Europe: 5-12 business days outside of peak seasons.
eastern Europe and the US: 10-12 business days outside of peak seasons.
rest of the world: 15 business days journey or possibly a bit more.

what’s your returns policy?

we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and free reprints on defective books. we can’t unfortunately offer returns or reprints for mistakes made by our customers in the editing process. please ensure to double check your design before ordering!

can I customize every page?

yes – every page is fully customizable, but with our pre-designed covers & inside pages, most customers barely need to change a thing.

do I need design skills to create a photobook or magazine?

absolutely not! our incredible in-house designers have done all the heavy lifting for you, but if you do want full freedom, you have that option too!
